Basic Team Membership Criteria
MUST…
-Be a Christian exhibiting a healthy and growing walk with Jesus (Please have a non-family member Pastor fill out an online Pastoral Reference form)
-Meet the minimum craft requirements for desired position
-Have completed “Discovery” within the last 2 years (attend Discovery, turn in Testimony & Unity Covenant at Discovery)
- Have read and signed a unity covenant
- Have been actively attending The Well for a minimum of 6 months
-Be committed to attend Thursday night rehearsals from 7-8:30PM in preparation for Sunday Services when scheduled
- Be committed to attend Wednesday night rehearsals from 5-6PM in preparation for Midweek Services when scheduled
-Be committed to arrive/load-in and be ready to play 2 hours before the Sunday service you are scheduled for (SOUND TEAM committed to set-up 30 minutes prior to worship team rehearsal, sound check and/or service)
-Have support from your spouse, if married, to be involved (To serve in this ministry means taking you away 1-2 nights out of a week. It is imperative that you discuss this with your spouse/family, and that you all are in agreement with the decision to serve.)
-Audition either one-on-one with Campus Worship Pastor/Director or through Bi-annual all campus corporate auditions
-Commit to serve for 1 year in the Worship Ministry
