Individual Responsibilities

I Agree To…

-Pray for one another

-Pray with each other

- Be committed to craft development (Lessons, Practice)

-Be punctual to all rehearsals and/or services ready to play at the downbeat (This shows that not only are you prepared and committed, but are considerate and value everyone else’s time)

-Be prepared with a basic understand of the music selected before coming to rehearsal (NOTE: Rehearsal is not practice. Practice is learning your part. Rehearsal is the time when everyone plays what they’ve practiced)

-Bring my own instrument/gear and have a basic understanding of how to properly use gear (Though we’d love to provide all equipment for everyone, we are currently not able to do so beyond a drumset, and bass amp)

-Maintain appropriate relationship with all team members including, but not limited, to the opposite sex

-Worship under other leaders and teams when not serving (i.e. not just coming to church when you play)

-Demonstrate a teachable/servant heart both on and off stage

-Be committed to submit to the leadership of the Church and the team

-Be flexible (There are times where sound isn’t working, songs are cut, the leader forgets the words or sings another chorus that wasn’t planned, etc. The goal is to be planned out and practiced as must as possible. The Spirit of God works through those who are most prepared)
