Dear Worshipper,
We are so excited that you are reading this in hopes of using your talent to serve in the Well Community Church’s Worship Ministry. Without folks like you, we could not do what we do week to week, so thank you for your interest.
Our vision is to cultivate a community of highly influential God-worshippers that unites all generations to creatively and skillfully glorify God through the arts (Psalm 78, 145). The Well Worship is not a place to show off talents, rather, it is a place to have fun, be creative, grow in community together, and use our gifts to point others to Christ.
As you prayerfully consider partnering with us, we have created what we believe to be an objective process to join our team in leading worship. Our goal is not to make you needlessly “jump through hoops," but because our ministry is elevated and amplified, the standard to lead is high in both musicality and character. Even if you meet these standards, there will be seasons when we may not have a need for specific instruments/vocal parts to join our teams. If this is the case for your desired role in the ministry, we encourage involvement in another ministry team until there is an opening for that role.
The worship of God is something we do not take lightly, but rather uphold it with tremendous reverence. We count it a privilege to serve in the capacity we do and want to thank you again for taking time to consider serving alongside us. We will join you in prayer as you navigate through the process, in hopes of either partnering together in leading worship, or serving in another capacity here at the Well.
